One note for the record: OPEN_ACCESS_POLICY.md currently states that preprints are "always CC-BY by repository policy". That is not true of bioRxiv, which lets authors choose CC-BY-NC-ND or no-reuse. This entry's licence was therefore verified against api.biorxiv.org rather than inferred. The policy text needs correcting separately.
