Meh, I say just make the RSS feed of transactions public. I can't think of any reason to make any of it private.

Could have entries for the following events:

• User X just registered
• User X just used Y minutes
• User X just purchased Y minutes

^ The above seems fairly straightforward, the following are more wishes and might require more changes.

• User X just gave User Y Z minutes
• User X just added Y minutes to user Zs account
