Script name - NOTES - DOCUMENTS RECEIVED.vbs was run on Case #2179835 with a runtime of 171.8711 seconds.
Information: for the IAA and PBEN scripts.. is there a way for it to not say panels were NOT updated just because we didn't have the script update them? it is hard to remember to go back and remove the NOT because I manually update
