UX sprint 1 - Color Changes

• update the Figma design to include more colors.
• figure out how to use variables, in case we want to make more changes in the future
• add these colors as global CSS variables in our project
• add global CSS variables for font
• make a PR. include screenshots of Figma changes
• review another person's PR
