File FHIR.Ui.ColorSB.pas missing

I get this error when trying to install the components via fhir_components_vcl.dpk in Delphi 11 Version 28.0.47991.2819:

[dcc32 Fatal Error] fhir_components_vcl.dpk(39): F1026 File not found: '..\library\ui\FHIR.Ui.ColorSB.pas'

Can't find the file in the zip file provided.
