Problem Statement — What problem are you solving?

Youth mental health is a rapidly escalating crisis, yet support systems remain fundamentally broken.

In India and globally, millions of young people face anxiety, depression, loneliness, and acute emotional distress—but do not seek help early due to stigma, high costs, and limited access to qualified professionals. Even when they do, traditional therapy is episodic, expensive, and not designed for continuous support.

Digital solutions have failed to bridge this gap. Most are:

  • Generic and non-personalized, leading to low trust
  • Emotionally shallow, unable to handle real distress
  • Poor at retention, with users dropping off after a few interactions

This creates a critical gap: no scalable system exists for continuous, personalized, and emotionally intelligent support—especially during high-risk moments (e.g., late-night distress, suicidal thoughts).
