Incorrect number of trips in list

There is an issue in the indexing of the trips in the list as well as the total number of trips in the list when user tries to list out all the trips in the list

Reason for disagreement: The issue I have mentioned is of a different nature as compared to the other issue highlighted. The issue the other tester highlighted is that the list upcoming should start with index 1. For example there is one upcoming trip to Japan, so only this Japan trip would be listed using list upcoming and it should return only this trip, indexed 1.
However, the issue I am facing is that when I want to list all the trips in the list(not just upcoming), even though there are only 4 trips in the list, the index goes 1, 2, 3, 6 and the total number of trips returned by the application is 6 and not 4. Hence they are of different issues.

Reason for disagreement: As mentioned above, the bug I faced is of a different nature as the other user. The bug I encountered is that the total number of trips returned and also the indexing of all the trips in the list(using the list command) are different. This may not be an issue for small number of trips but suppose the user inputted 50 trips and the bug could lead to the total number of trips to be incorrect and also the indexing would become messy. This could cause inconvenience for the user as it would be tedious to keep track of 50 trips.
