Recruit volunteers who can work with and modify WSJT to ensure WAV files are usable for scientific purposes.

Rob AI6VN mentioned that Franco Venturi has written a WAV to DRF converter in Python (19 Jun PSWS Zoom). Would that be helpful, since we seem to be doing a lot of analysis using DRF formatted files?
