Request: Add a note in the README with the OpenPiton git commit this is forked from

Being able to locate the vulnerabilities would be far easier if there was a note in the README which explains what git commit hash this project was forked off from.

Using a tool I developed, it seems like it may be around OpenPiton 659e115016, though it's not extremely obvious.
