Can this work for Ubuntu22.04?

Hello, I try to install COSSIM in ubuntu22.04. When i try to compile cCERTI, i run "make", it has this error: $HOME/COSSIM/cCERTI/test/certiCheckHostAndIP.c:37:10 fatal error: rpc/rpc.h: No such file or directory
Do you know how to solve this error?Thank you!
