module 'conf' has no attribute 'threshold'
When I try to use a parameter like 0.05, there is no problem to run.
But I have no idea about that is right parameter.

This threshold should be set to 90 I think.

It calls
runPoly() from nemotoc/py_run/py_run.py

Which uses threshold to call
polysome1.groupTransForms() from nemotoc/polysome_class/polysomes.py

Which calls
tom_assignTransFromCluster()

Both groupTransFroms and tom_assingTransFromCluster uses threshold 90 as default and in the end call
clusterStat[single_cluster][0] = np.percentile(distsCN, threshold)
