MissingSourceFile: no such file to load -- application.rb

Hi,

Did a fresh install of spree then install pp-website-standard straight after - on initialization I get this error:

Could not load extension from file: pp_website_standard_extension. MissingSourceFile: no such file to load -- application.rb

Any ideas?
