maven central reports incorrect data for threshr

Current Behavior

wrong data is reported on maven central, such as

• license
• contributors
• project site
• source site

We want to be sure this isn't a one-off problem.

• This problem is something that I can consistently produce.

Expected Behavior

these data points should be updated to

• use our actual license
• can the contributors be fixed to remove graeme and cedric?
• project url should point to main threshr readme
• source url should point to latest release?
