Vic's Point Blank weapons not displaying for NPC's.

For both 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, guns will not display in the hands of CustomNPCs.

That's a problem in Vic's Point Blank mod, not in CNPCs/CNPC-Gecko-Addon. To check it, try giving a gun to a zombie or a skeleton
