[BUG] <title>Lua error when using warrior in classic hardcore servers

Describe the bug

when using warrior class with any race I get a lua error and cant see action bars. I have logged into different classes and it seems that the error only persist with warrior. To get around this I use the last Azerite version.

It doesn't seem to be race specific, just warrior in general.

This is Classes Era Hardcore servers
