about: Greeting users with image card

Greeting new users can be boring with text, but pretty images are welcoming.

Feature: Instead of a ping and a text message like Welcome to the server, ${user}, we could do something like an image banner with user's info in it.

Overall its great for brand of server and looks pretty. In addition to this image, we can also add a text message to ping user, so that it is also searchable.

@benjaminspak yes. About an year ago I made a bot that can handle that feature. I used node.js package jimp to do that. Should I try that with CodeCareer bot?
