Sections drop-down makes text input for note too small to read

To repro:

• Ensure you have "I play in other sections too" checked in your profile for a band
• Go to one of that band's gigs
• Click the speech bubble to enter a note
• The text input box will be squeezed between the section drop-down and the ok/cancel buttons; on some screens, this makes it so small that you cannot actually see what you are typing (see screenshot)

For reference, I am using a relatively small screen with a relatively large font size; zooming out slightly does help somewhat:

Yes - this should probably just act the same way it does on the 'agenda' page where if there's a comment (or an edit-comment-box) it goes to the next line.
