The process of vetting new members is difficult. In the long term, it would be great if each band could manage a list of questions new members would answer. When a band admin reviews the requests, it could show the answers and approve/reject.
In the short term, it would be great if we could view a user's profile, e.g. https://www.gig-o-matic.com/member/5097/ as if they were already a member. This would allow us to quickly discern if a member is already in another band or review their Personal Statement, which could be a surrogate for survey answers. Thanks.
