Issue when user language preference and band language don't match

If a user has "English (UK)" but the band has "English (US)" things can get confused - even though the user enters the date in their preferred method, the gig isn't created and they get an error message. Boo!

Actually - I can't replicate this now. We received a report from a user about it, and I tested it myself - as it turned out I was already set to English(UK) for both my account and my test band. When I changed the band to English(US) I couldn't create a gig. Changed to US -> could. Changed back to UK -> Still could. Hm.
