vendors. However, after receiving the product and attempting to connect it to the official app, I encountered an error message stating: “Bind failed – region not matching.”
It appears that the device may be locked or restricted due to a regional mismatch. Kindly advise me on how to resolve this issue so that I can successfully bind and operate the unit.
