I'll admit I've never actually used this table before so I'm not entirely sure what it's meant to do, but some of the behaviour it's exhibiting is clearly wrong.
First, the right most column for the CheckUser wiki is initially set as an admin function rather than a CheckUser one. The heading for this column is properly hidden from non-CU admins, but the content is not.
Second is a problem with the "Add Row" button. I'm not sure if displaying the "Blocking and tagging socks" table is intended behaviour or another bug. In any case, clicking Add Row for the link table, adds a new row to the block table instead.
