In the slash_highschool map you can trap the killer by spamming E on doors and the killer in unable to break them or open them. This is particularly troublesome because the killer can be lured into the courtyard, then a survivor can quickly run outside, close the door and spam E on the door until the round ends and the killer is completely helpless.
