Input characters missing when typing quickly with macOS Pinyin (Caps Lock)

Description

When using the terminal on macOS M4 with Chinese Pinyin input method and Caps Lock enabled, quickly typing causes characters to be missed/dropped.

Environment

• OS: macOS (M4 chip)
• Input Method: Chinese Pinyin with Caps Lock
• Component: PTY Terminal

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a terminal session
2. Switch input method to Chinese Pinyin
3. Enable Caps Lock
4. Type quickly in the terminal

Expected Behavior

All typed characters should appear in the terminal

Actual Behavior

Some characters are missing when typing quickly

Workaround

• Switching to ABC input method works fine
• The issue does not occur on Windows

Additional Notes

This appears to be specific to macOS with Chinese Pinyin input method. The terminal works correctly with ABC input method on the same system.
