Can't include names with apostrophe in Spanish personal word list

In the same way as the previous #3 I can include names that include apostrophe like

 O'Toole
 O'Brien
 D'Agnolo

in personal word lists in Spanish - the same error:

Error: proper-names.pws: The word "D'Agnolo" is invalid. The character ''' may not appear in the middle of a word.
