Hi GET team,
Thank you for releasing GET and the detailed tutorials.
I’m working with some new datasets (provided by a collaborator) and would like to use GET for finetuning / inference on those data.
I noticed that the tutorial data is available on Hugging Face (astrocyte, pbmc), but the pre-trained model checkpoints still seem to be only in the private S3 bucket (s3://2023-get-xf2217/...), which I don’t have access to. Would it be possible to upload the checkpoint(s) to a public platform?
This would make it much easier for users outside your AWS account to finetune and run inference, without requiring any S3 credentials.
Thanks a lot for your help, and for making GET available!
Best,
Yifei Lu
