Gerber issue in upload to vendor (JLBPCB)

I tried to send the current Herbert files with settings, and they came back saying:

The gerber files need to be replaced because the slots cut the trace, please kindly check and modify

I didn't have any issues sending these in to JLBPCB. I don't think anything's changed since I built mine. That's rather strange.

Yeah, I tried uploading it a few times, and used the settings you mentioned. Does the message make sense? Is this something that's relatively easy to do for someone in software with CAD experience? Happy to tackle it. Just not sure where to start.
