Fabricate new nut-plates for TKR-DET #191

Description

@rocco8773

Since the nut-plates or connecting plates that joining neighboring detector modules are designed to break when being removed, we should fabricate spare units for re-assembly of the Tracker. There are two types of connecting plats...

  1. GAPS-TKR-MEC-206 Connection plate 1

    • 4 hole design that connects 4 detector modules together
    • These are used in the interior of a layer
    • 25 per layer, 250 units for the whole Tracker
    • Material: Al-6061-T6
    • Anodization: MIL-A-8625F, TYPE III, CLASS 1, THICKNESS 0.002"
    • Color: black
    • image
  2. GAPS-TKR-MEC-207 Connection plate 2

    • 2 hole design that connects adjacent detector modules
    • These are used at the exterior (edges) of a layer
    • 20 units per layer, 200 units for the whole Tracker
    • Material: Al-6061-T6
    • Anodization: MIL-A-8625F, TYPE III, CLASS 1, THICKNESS 0.002"
    • Color: black

Question:

How many replacement units do we need of each variation?
