SPHY_3.1 Model giving NaN values

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to run SPHY model for simulating Groundwater level for Tarim River Basin, Xinjiang, China. The model runs without any error or any other issue, and accepts the custom groundwater calibration maps (Groundwater Layer thickness, Saturated Water Content, Initial groundwater storage, baseflow ). However I found some issues and bugs in this latest version of model. For example, I run the model from 1980 to 2014, I get excellent results from 1980 to 1986 and then afterwards the results are not logical by mostly maps giving me NaN values, even the Daily Time series csv files also giving me NaN values.

Can anyone guide me about this issue. !!!!
