I've problems with the output of FuriOS Camera App. When I send the file to contacts having Android the contacts can't play the video.
It looks that you are saving in mkv with these formats:
→ mediainfo video20260517_215527109.mkv
General
Format : Matroska
Video
Format : JPEG
Codec ID : V_MS/VFW/FOURCC / MJPG
Audio
Format : AAC LC
Format/Info : Advanced Audio Codec Low Complexity
I've tested with the output file of Gnome Snapshot (not on FuriOS where it is broken but on Asahi Linux) and the output is .mp4 or .webm and that file looks compatible when sent to Android contacts.
Gnome Snapshot is saving in WebM VP8 Vorbis or MPEG-4 AVC AAC LC
(possible solutions: change the output of FuriOS Camera or solve the compatibility with Gnome Snapshot)
