Set up GCP project + enable correct APIs (Discovery Engine + Vertex AI)

Configure the GCP project to run Agent Builder + Gemini.

Steps

• Apply hackathon Google Cloud credits to project — DONE (Mohnaa 2026-05-19)
• Enable Discovery Engine API (discoveryengine.googleapis.com) — required for Agent Builder
• Enable Vertex AI API (aiplatform.googleapis.com) — required for Gemini
• (Already enabled) Cloud Run Admin API
• (Already enabled) Secret Manager API
• Disable Vertex AI Search for Commerce — wrong API, retail-specific
• Create Agent Builder workspace in console
• Document GCP project ID + workspace name in docs/GCP_SETUP.md

Note

Google renamed "Vertex AI" → "Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform" at Cloud Next 2026. Agent Builder now lives under the Discovery Engine API umbrella.

Priority 1/5 — Foundation. Without this, nothing else moves.
