[comments] Post to Github #28

Description

@davelab6

@dberlow described the workflow as shipped today as:

  1. Install a font (if not testing the default RobotoFlex)
  2. select a format
  3. go to a designspace location
  4. click "Leave a comment for review" (it takes two clicks),
  5. type comment
  6. click "Capture Selection"
  7. copy and paste the url
  8. Send it along with these instructions
  9. After all above is complete, colleagues can paste that url into a browser window.

Using https://docs.github.com/en/rest it should be possible to bring the commented links from videoproof into a github repo issue tracker with 1-2 clicks, adding an alternative to step 6, "Post Github Issue", which automates step 7 and 8, and then step 9 becomes "colleagues can open the issue, and click a link"
