I given the script perms with chmod +x bad-apple-sod.sh but It only printed random things and It looked like the end of my graphics card

Looks like your terminal sessions have a different width/height (that's surprising - your screen probably has a different aspect ratio). Could you try counting how many "pixels" you have in width and height? Then try regenerating the frames using https://github.com/Chion82/ASCII_bad_apple.
