Description

Can we access your project?

  • I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.

Current Behavior

I am unable to create new branches with names that have been previously used in closed branches. I reported this issue a long time ago, so I'm not sure if it was never fixed, or if this is a regression.

EDIT: I found the issue I made previously, which hasn't been updated in almost a year: #6064

Expected Behavior

I should be able to create new branches with previously used names.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new project.
  2. Start a new branch in that project.
  3. Merge the branch main and close it
  4. Try to create a new branch with the same name

Reproducible from Blank

  • The steps to reproduce above start from a blank project.
