Support for getPageSource endpoint?

I just notice that FlaUI driver lacks the getPageSource endpoint which I think can reuse the idea from FlaUIInspect. Is it ok if I submit a PR to support it?

Interesting, I think it would be a nice feature, although it is a twist to the meaning of "page source". Is this something that is supported by other tools such as appium-windows-driver?
