The built in Windows To Go Creator utility seems to modify the default Advanced Startup Menu to remove all troubleshooting options except the basic safe mode features (no image recovery, etc.) This my not be wanted, (I don't really want it,) but in any case, it's different then the built in utility, and I'm trying to replicate that behavior. It's at least a known issue and documented.
