Writing an exercise help

#2 covered the help that contributors need to use the CIC content framework to write exercise but doesn't give any guidelines regarding style and required content.

For anyone wishing to submit an exercise to CIC there should be guidelines to tell them what things an exercise should include to be considered complete. E.g. tutor notes etc...

Exercise contributor guidelines requirements for:

• Tutor notes
• Readme containing:
  • Introduction
  • Learning objectives
  • Exercise
    • Where appropriate, automated test that candidate can run to prove that they have completed the exercise
