Split repo

[lashd]

This repo contains:

• Course content
• Generic tooling for creating course content for any topic
• Courseware specific to the IaC/CI content we have written.

Now that everything is more stable it is time to split this repo. This will will result in the following benefits:

• Contributors working on course content will find it easier
• less merge conflicts will occur due to items being regenerated when they do not need regenerating
• Participants will have a simpler repo to clone
• CIs will speed up.
• Tooling will be available for resuse
