In case anyone is wondering why the bot has been down.
I have tried three different cards and they are all getting declined by Heroku - money isn't the issue.
Will get in contact with support - but my Heroku account is scheduled for deletion due to non-payment.
Since Salesforce took over Heroku it sucks more, I want to change but the webhook address used has been heroku for years.
