py3.6中报错：APIError(-1, url, 'json decode error, value={0!r}'.format(ret))

            try:

                raise APIError(-1, url, 'json decode error, value={0!r}'.format(ret))

我在py3.6中跑这句的时候，老是报错，就注释掉了。
