In the guide I noticed the line:

1. open steam
2. right click on PZ
3. click "properties"
4. click "installed files"
5. click "browse"
6. find the directory named "media"

The Lua should be in the "lua" directory, but like the author said, you will need to decompile to get to any of the Java parts of the code.
