ps-fpga checkout is currently hacked in as a hard coded 3rd repo dependency for replay_console builds. This should be determined via a repos.json or jenkins.json file within the core directory.
Zathras also needs to be aware of any additional repos as each seed script requires repos be available in order to generate full build dependencies for the final core build job.
