1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace settings > Accounting.
3. Click Connect next to Sage Intacct.
4. Enter wrong credential.
5. Click 3-dot menu.

Expected Result:

Sync now option will be hidden when wrong credential is used.

Actual Result:

Sync now option is shown when wrong credential is used.

Proposal

What is the root cause of that problem?

PR #90359 restructured the overflow menu to show both "Update credentials" and "Sync now" for Sage Intacct. The condition on line 169 that controls "Sync now" visibility is !hasAuthError || isSageIntacct. When Sage Intacct has an authentication error, this evaluates to false || true = true, so "Sync now" is always shown for Sage Intacct regardless of credential validity.

For other integrations, !hasAuthError || false correctly hides "Sync now" when credentials are bad.

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

Change the condition on line 169 of PolicyAccountingPage.tsx from !hasAuthError || isSageIntacct to just !hasAuthError.

This hides "Sync now" for Sage Intacct when there's an auth error (matching all other integrations), while the "Enter credentials" / "Update credentials" item on line 120 continues to work correctly via the separate shouldShowEnterCredentials condition (hasAuthError || isSageIntacct).
