EST Poe 32 blinking very fast

Hello

I have since many month a EST Poe 32 like proxy bluetooth and connected/powered by Ethernet

I am not sure of me but in the first time only there is no led blinking....and all was OK
Only Led Red and Green

Since many time I have a led Orange who blinking very fast....

What is the problem ?

I think the board working.....
I am using the board to do an proxy bluetooth.

But in the first month of the use I have not seen a led blinking, Only two leds (Red and Green) all the time ON and the proxy detect my device bluetooth....

Since many days I have a third led (Orange) who is blinking fastly and I don't know why....
