Bug: @SQL variable isn't correctly declared

If you run a server with case sensitive collation the instance dashboard does not work.
The @SQL variable is written with small letters, but it should be written with big letters to match the following commands.

I would create a PR but the .rdl file in the repo does not match the .rdl file in the release. Maybe that should be fixed too.
