P1: Public-release re-skin — default to an original name set

Ship-safety: DEFAULT_NAME_SET is currently 'film' (WarGames names) for the prototype. For public/commercial release, default to an original set (SENTINEL/ORACLE/HELIOS) and audit all copy for film-specific references. See DESIGN-IDEA.md section 6 (IP).
