@ladeef I'm not sure I understand what you are asking for. Which field attribute do you want to appear and where?

I was referring to attribute fields recognizing a url in the app. For example in the Information Lookup template url's return as a link titled "more info"

@ladeef ok so do you mean in the popup? If so you can do this by configuring your popup in ArcGIS Online map viewer.
