Summary
The vector extension, a.k.a. pgvector, requires superuser privileges for creation, contrary to what the "requires superuser" column says.
This applies also to the EDB extensions, like edb_wait_states, edb_query_advisor, and edb_sql_profiler. Perhaps the problem is even more widespread.
