When scrolling 'up', the demo enters a state where scrolling stops.
To replicate:
On Mac, on Chrome Version 108.0.5359.124, open the demo, and scroll up.
Expected: should not be able to scroll upwards.
Actual: A green bar obscures the top of the screen (including content) and it is not possible to scroll up or down.
Tested on both a downloaded version and also the netlify site.
