            <li>Remains on your device</li>
            <li>Is never transmitted to any server</li>
            <li>Can be deleted by deleting the app</li>
            <li>Is not accessible to the developer or any third party</li>

        <h2>Data Processing</h2>

        <h3>Local Processing Only</h3>
        <p>All flight plan conversion happens <strong>entirely on your device:</strong></p>
        <ol>
            <li><strong>Import:</strong> You share a flight plan file (PDF or .fpl) with PlanToSim</li>
            <li><strong>Processing:</strong> The app converts the flight plan using locally stored navigation data</li>
            <li><strong>Export:</strong> The converted flight plan is sent <strong>only to your X-Plane computer on your local network</strong></li>
            <li><strong>No Cloud:</strong> No data is uploaded to any cloud service or external server</li>
        </ol>

        <h3>Navigation Database</h3>
        <p>The app includes a comprehensive navigation database (airports, waypoints, procedures) that is:</p>
        <ul>
            <li>Bundled with the app</li>
            <li>Stored locally on your device</li>
            <li>Sourced from public FAA and OurAirports data</li>
            <li>Used exclusively for flight plan conversion</li>
            <li>Never transmitted or shared</li>
        </ul>

        <h2>Network Connectivity</h2>

        <h3>Local Network Only</h3>
        <p>PlanToSim uses network connectivity <strong>only</strong> for the following purpose:</p>
        <ul>
            <li><strong>Connecting to X-Plane:</strong> The app connects to your X-Plane flight simulator on your local network (TCP port 5000) to transfer converted flight plans</li>
        </ul>

        <p><strong>Important:</strong></p>
        <ul>
            <li>Connections are made <strong>only to the IP address you specify</strong></li>
            <li>All communication stays within your local network</li>
            <li>No internet connectivity is required</li>
            <li>No data is sent to external servers</li>
            <li>The developer cannot access your network or data</li>
        </ul>

        <h3>Local Network Permission</h3>
        <p>When you first use PlanToSim, iOS will request permission to access your local network. This permission is required to:</p>
        <ul>
            <li>Find and connect to your X-Plane flight simulator</li>
            <li>Transfer converted flight plans</li>
        </ul>
        <p>You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network → PlanToSim.</p>

        <h2>Third-Party Services</h2>
        <p>PlanToSim <strong>does not</strong> integrate with any third-party services, including:</p>
        <ul>
            <li><span class="xmark">✗</span> No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)</li>
            <li><span class="xmark">✗</span> No crash reporting services</li>
            <li><span class="xmark">✗</span> No advertising networks</li>
            <li><span class="xmark">✗</span> No social media integrations</li>
            <li><span class="xmark">✗</span> No cloud storage services</li>
        </ul>

        <h2>Data Sharing</h2>
        <p>PlanToSim <strong>does not share any data</strong> with:</p>

            <li>The app developer</li>
            <li>Third parties</li>
            <li>Advertisers</li>
            <li>Analytics companies</li>

        <p>The only data transmission is the converted flight plan sent directly from your device to your X-Plane computer on your local network.</p>

        <p>PlanToSim does not knowingly collect any information from children or anyone else, as we don't collect any information at all. The app is suitable for all ages.</p>

        <p>Data stored on your device (X-Plane IP, preferences) is protected by:</p>

            <li>iOS security features (data protection, sandboxing)</li>
            <li>Device passcode/biometric authentication</li>
            <li>Encrypted device storage (when device encryption is enabled)</li>

        <h3>Network Security</h3>
        <p>Flight plan transfers to X-Plane use:</p>
        <ul>
            <li>Direct TCP connections on your local network</li>
            <li>Standard network security protocols</li>
            <li>No external internet exposure</li>

        <h2>Your Privacy Rights</h2>

        <h3>Access to Your Data</h3>
        <p>Since all data stays on your device:</p>
        <ul>
            <li>You have full access to your settings within the app</li>
            <li>You can view and modify your X-Plane IP address anytime in Settings</li>
            <li>You can view and change processing options anytime</li>
        </ul>

        <h3>Deletion of Your Data</h3>
        <p>To delete all app data:</p>
        <ol>
            <li><strong>Delete App Data:</strong> Delete the PlanToSim app from your device

                    <li>Settings → General → iPhone Storage → PlanToSim → Delete App</li>
                </ul>
            </li>
            <li><strong>All local preferences and settings will be permanently removed</strong></li>

        <h3>California Privacy Rights (CCPA)</h3>
        <p>Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):</p>
