Replace inline country selector with a full-page searchable list

Summary

Replace the phone login country dropdown overlay with a dedicated full-page country selection screen.

Requirements

• Tapping the Country field opens a full-page selector.
• Keep the search field visible at the top.
• Do not autofocus the search field or open the keyboard on entry.
• Default interaction is scrolling the full country list.
• Search activates only after the user taps the search field.
• Selecting a country returns to phone login immediately.
• Back returns without changing the existing selection.
• Reuse the existing country catalog, search, locale, calling-code, and phone reformatting behavior.
• Do not add a navigation or picker dependency.

Completion criteria

• Country selection no longer expands inline over the login form.
• Android hardware back and in-screen back both return to phone login.
• Existing phone/PIN authentication behavior remains unchanged.
• Relevant tests, typecheck, lint, build, and Android preview smoke pass.
